Democrats (in general) tend to be for a lot of control regarding economical issues (minimum wage, unions, healthcare, and many more programs that help the lower income people financially) and less control in social issue (drug laws, abortion, death penalty, and so on)
Republicans (in general) tend to be for less control regarding economical issues (Free trade, and anything that takes the government out of "giving money" to poor people and give them the opportuinity to work their way up), while they believe more on control in social issues (drugs are bad and should be controled, there is right and wrong and people shouldn't be allowed to choose to do wrong)

All the Dems have the same view of the war, so now you need to select down from that to a single canidate to support. Except Kucinich's belief; GET OUT NOW! I kind of support "GET OUT NOW!"; however it just doesn't seem right for the Iraqis, that we make their country and mess and then we don't clean it up. However, I doubt the US will not clean it up, so long as its there. This war was started because of a natural resource, let's not forget. So, I'm really divided on Iraq. Though, I would support getting out, as opposed to McCain's plan.
