Amist Sunday's deadline for the U.S. troop occupation of large metropolitan cities and the continuing deathtole in those cities, should the Iraqi government allow the U.S. troops to continue to train the Iraqi troops and help stabilize the violence?

I believe we need to get our behinds out of there... we have other things we need to do.

So the plan was applied, and the withdrawal was done successfully. Now, I want to say something I've longed to say for a long time, and I hope no one takes offense (I do hope I'm not generalizing here but here it goes): Americans think that Iraq is one big desert, which its not. However desert is a part of it, but that's not the point, its just whenever they speak about it, they say so. Also all they care about is their soldiers, and that Iraqis are the reason they're going there, and so they're not so keen on them.. Do they even care about Iraqis and their lives, Iraqis are not the enemy here, terrorists are! Those things I have noticed by some American tv shows, I'm sorry again if I'm offending anybody, that is not my intention, I just wanted to say those things.

Huda, you definately have a good point. However, sometimes the media does not really talk about what the troops have done for the Iraqis. Also, the Iraqi government was the decider of the withdrawl, and it was not a decision that the Americans made. I think the pull out was a success because the Iraqi Army has the responsibility and the training to take care of their country.. now, hopefully, my country will stop meddling in other countries

Yes, Zach I am aware of that, and I do agree that this pull out was a success, indeed it was, it was a major step!
