How does society reacts to the rights of children?

In many cases, the rights granted by the constitution don't apply to children due to the unability (for many) to understand or comprehend them. A lot of that goes with voting, guns, and other things that can have perminate effects.
If 8 year olds could vote, just about every politican would be giving candy for votes, when people should only vote based on what direction they want the country to be heading in the next 4+ years.

I agree with you OE. There are rights of children typically, but most countries do not take them into consideration... Especially those in Asia where they exploit children or in South America... Children Explotation is happening even in Europe Everywhere!....
