Tell us how your day was... What happened today? Share the incidents that you had.. This thread is to talk about how your day was, so feel free any day to share with us what happened and what did you do! It'd be fun to see how much everyone goes through and how different our lives might be! I'll start with how my day was: today was good.. we went for music training and we did good, we have a party next Sunday! after we came back to school we had less than 15 mins to take a short test so that went well too. today we're home alone since my parents are out... today was pretty good I can say!

today was oke.. I had two hours of class than I had two free hours followed by another hour of class... when I took the bus home I had to walk about a kilometer and it was pouring rain I was litteraly soaking wet my shoes were all soppy and stuff I got home changed into dry clothes made an attempt on doing research and stuff on my Dutch Debat for next week.. but I kind of failed (it's oke got two days off, can work on it than) anyways I went to do some groceries for my mother and than I came here and posted lol so nothing interesting.. I had a really busy weekend though I'm doing volunteer work in an Elderly People home I had to go there on friday and saturday and a football game (which was very frustrating we have a new system for the end of the competition called the Play Offs (for a place in the Uefa cup) basically you play another team twice and the one with the most goals in total wins.. we played 0-0 (Away) and 1-1(Home) and if the teams have scored goals equally the away goal counts double so the other team won while they scored out of a free kick they shouldn;t have gotten and we had the better play it was really frustrating I really thought we were finally going to be back in Uefa cup but anyways I hope it'll work next year... At the end I had gooze bumps though... My seat (actually I stand during games) is with the "hooligans" (they're not really hooligans but they're the ones that sing the songs and stuff like that, they make the athmosphere (so me 2) ) and everyone was still there and we were all clapping and cheering and singing: We love you Roda we do (roda is the club ) we were louder than the music they play after games that was a teary eye moment for me lol.. aww well.. New rounds, new chances..

Oh Well Right now, I'm in Computer/Typing class. We have to do a report on all the presidential candidates, both Democrat and Republican. That's all for now. Karma for you Noor ;D

Awesome! Well, my day was pretty good! There was school today, it rolled by pretty fast. The only bad thing is, I lost some of my papers I needed for one class. I'm hoping (more PRAYING!) that I can get those back. Haha When I got home, my mom has a party with a bunch of her coworkers. The people are upstairs right now. Pretty good food too, I should add.. How about everyone else?

U all have nice days Haha me too. Today was err... Well, it has been pretty common. I went to school, I had classes, I checked my extended essay... I need to study some Literature thingies and Maths for tomorrow, but oh well... Yesterday it was more interesting. I went to the quiropractist, and with a physio threrapist (dunno if it is spelled correctly, in Spanish it is Fisio Terapeuta) they told me I had an "S" shaped scoliosis and that the cartilage in my back bones are shrinking 'cause I don't do any sports at all... It's like artrosis and not common at 16... But it is fixable, thank GOD! I felt like crying when they told me, but thank medicine for its advances! I have to study and watch Gilmore Girls later Besides that, now I am here and waiting for Saturday for all of us to chat! Byee!

Hey, Huda, what is "inshallah"? I hope u do well in your finals! Today it's been.. kind of umm.. easy But I can't wait for tomorrow to pass and have the weekend free! I am currently finishing studying maths and then I'll go to sleep and wake up earlier to study Spanish (text analysis.. it's awful, I never get more than 12 over 20). However, we'll also be watching An Inconvenient Truth in our English lesson and then I'll have History, which is fairly easy, and we'll study an interesting topic: Cuban revolution. Also, we are doing a project in Anthropology that is most umm relevant in Peruvian society, because it involves domestic workers. I know that in other countries (some) it costs a lot to hire a "maid", but here it is kind of cheap: like $150 per month. So, in my school I think all of us have maids. We are doing this project that involves "interviewing" maids and noticing their needs to see how can we improve their relationship with their bosses 'coz, believe me, some people mistreat their employees! I hope this helps in some way to the students in my school..

what is 'inshallah'? it's an expression we use -not just muslims, any1 who believes in Allah can say it ;D- in Islam we believe that nothing is going to happen for sure.. because Allah has everything planed for and we don't know any of Allah's plans.. so when we plan to do something, we aren't sure if that's going to happen or not... so we say 'inshallah' which literly means 'if Allah wanted'... hope you get it and if you have any questions please ask them ;D and thank you for your wishes
