Hey guys A couple of days a go a little boy was shot in the Croxteth area of Liverpool, he was just at the wrong place at the wrong time.. news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/england/merseyside/6961354.stmnews.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/england/merseyside/6963318.stmI'm watching a soccer match of his favorite team right now, the club honored the little guy with an overwhelming minute of applause (his parents and brother were there as well), the captain of the team has asked the public to speak up about anything they might've seen... The killers still haven't been found and it appears to be a teenager who shot him.. I can't believe that we let it come to this, time after time.. How do teenagers get to guns, especially in a country were guns are forbidden.. Why don't people speak up and help the parents, give them at least a little peace of mind.. The area where he was shot has serieus problems with gangs, but this guy wasn't even part of all that all he cared about was football, he was the type of person who lives and breathes it.. What are your thoughts about this horrific crime and other youth violence.

Hmm. Thanks for sharing. I'm quite used to things like this; as my city has the 2nd most children in poverty-> which is said to be linked to gangs and drugs.
You're Right; it's HORRIBLE what this world has come to. "CAN'T WE JUST ALL GET ALONG?"

yeah the worst about it is, that the little guy didn't even have anything to do with that scene he was just at the wrong place at the wrong time.. But I agree why can't we all just get a long, how does a kid get to a gun in a country were guns aren't allowed? How is it possible that a kid feels the need to shoot an innocent kid?

I've heard a similar story, but it wasn't a lil kid who got shot and he didn't die. it was on 'makeover, home edition' (not sure of the show's name) anyways the guy who got shot was just coming home from college on weekend and he was on the street walking and got shot 3 times but then the guy who shot him said 'I'm sorry ur the wrong guy' and walked away. now who got shot is on wheel chairs... it's really sad to see such things happen!

yeah I agree.. I saw a movie where a guy got beaten to death in a rough neighbourhood in Liverpool while walking home after watching a Liverpool FC game.. A whole lot of people had seen it but they were to scared to come forward, this case reminds me of that (it happend next to a pub there's no way nobody heard or saw anything) it's awful... How bad is it when people are to scared to come forward with information.. when they've to feat their lifes when they do..
