Really I believe aids exist but one things for me is to differentiate between hunger and aids victims in Africa. I think to see clearly how to battle aids, hunger will not left behind like wise other diseases like malaria etc; " a malaria carrier has tested HIV positive".

AIDS is caused by HIV, taking measures to avoid HIV infection can prevent most cases of AIDS. I therefore say that sex education is of great importance. Many persons are informed about abstinance and safe sex but, knowing all of this how many persons actually practise this? I think the key in preventing HIV infections which develop into 'full blown' AIDS is to get more person to actually practise safe sex.
There are various ways in which this deadly virus can be contracted but I dont think it'll ever be prevented at least not presently. Children can contract the virus from the parent; an infected pregnant woman passes it to her unborn child. This can be prevented by treating the mother and child around the time the baby is delivered. Because of the risk to an untreated baby, every pregnant woman should be tested for HIV. What about those pregnant women who are unaware that they are infected? What about those drug abusers who share the same needles;who are unaware that they are infected? The operative word as you would have theorised is 'unaware'.Unawareness leads to its widespread, thus making prevention somewhat impossible.

Well, just for information, in my country Indonesia, there is known "red fruit" (in my language, "buah merah"). It growth in Papua and so many tribes in Papua have been consuming it since many many years ago. Here I give the link to see more complete: www.geocities.com/lanklax/buahmerah/ Buah Merah, an original traditional medicine of Papua Indonesia. Drs I Made Budi MSi founder of this medicine. Buah Merah is processed of a natural buah merah (a pandan fruits, Pandanus conoideus, an endemic plant from a highland in Papua. Healing for any degenerative diseases, such as cancer, tumor, hepatitis, lever disease, prostate, diabetes, gout, cholesterol, hypertensi, stroke, and can be used for a healing of HIV. A scientist of my country, Drs I Made Budi Msi, is the first people who made it famous as 'anti AIDS'. Agustina Sawery, an AIDS patient in Papua, recovered from his AIDS since he consumed the oil from red fruit, three times per day. Why? Because it has very high tokoferol and betakaroten, that can increase human immune. Hello world!! I invite you all to stop AIDS!! Are you interesting to do more research in Papua?

A Muslim scientist found a cure for AIDS, he says that he still won't give out the description, because companies will add some elements and remove others and claim it their own! Researches in Germany and Jordan, have confirmed the cure, and it has been tested on about 13 patients and they were cured. here's a link with English Sub.: www.youtube.com/watch?v=uHUDM2n1Pscanother one is in Arabic only: www.youtube.com/watch?v=D66jD_e_V7k

We can't stop it to be real with all of you. In order for there to be change people have to learn the problems and what can we do as a whole community to make changes.
When you look at AIDS you will think why don't people try to have safe sex or why do parents risk there children to this. I've heard of those people who actually go around and give it out just because and that is truly unethical they should be imprisoned for it can be considered a HATE CRIME

So why not more researchers be involved to develop it? I agree, if this cure is indeed helpful, then why it isn't known in the world and used? i know more researched should be done, but the public needs to know of the progress~

Yes, definitely. As well as alleviating HIV (helping patients who already have it), we should prevent it by educating other people. It is the same way with poverty: we need to alleviate it if there are poor people dying because of the cold (send them clothes and the like), but we should also talk with them and tell them how to better keep their houses, help them get a job, etc. Both things have to happen at the same time! Thanks for your input, ekoange, have a karma
