thnx guys I really needed to vent we just had so much bad luck BUT we have done lots of fun things like a cruise over the Thames which was amazing the London Aquarium was really nice as well.. And we've seen a lot of beautiful buildings and stuff it's just that these two things are really stressful I mean you fear you can't go back to your country when your ID gets stolen.. And today we went to see the Tower bridge and London Eye (I have a fear of hights so I didn't go in them but it's awesome) we were assaulted in the Tube This guy asked one of our friends for the crisps she was eating and she said no it were her crisps and she was eating them so he kept on talking and we said to eachother in Dutch how rude he was and he was like don't talk in that funny ;anguage this is my country and stuff like that and than he touched my sister and he tried to steal the crisps and my sister got sooo mad she went balistic, she started to yell at him: Do not touch me (he started to say something) she went No shut up, you do not touch me or them, f*** off and stuff like that now I can laugh a little about it I had never seen her so mad which was quite funny... the guy immediately took off (he had also been assualting some other guy who told him to take a hike and other people were standing up to defend us lol) Anyways I hope you're all good and Huda congrats with winning the thread of the week I now have to go and go to bed because tomorrow I have to get up really early to go to the embassy thank you for your wishes Jenny

yeah I love their accents, you have the street accent and the posh accent (chique) so awesome and you have a difference in whether they come from the North or South and Wales Ireland and Scotland have different accents as wel.. Anyway the rest of the trip went oke we arrived home safely on saturday Friday we had to pick up the emergency passports from the Dutch embassy but as thought things backfired a little there were some major events in London such as: Live Earth, start of the Tour de France, Wimbledon finals and semi finals and the night before there was this big premier of hairspray the new John Travolta movie, so the underground was packed! We had to wait 5 trains before we could actually fit into one and we still stood in a mass of people unbelieveable.. Two days before, one of the underground trains had been in an accident some railworker had left his stuff on the rails and the train derailed so some lines were closed down and some were heavily delayed ours ofcourse as well so there was more time to wait in between the arrival and departure of trains, when we finally arrived at the embassy we were to late and we were going to have to wait till monday until this guy said that since everything was already arranged and only had to pick it up and the people who hand out the passports were still there, they got the woman to hand us over the passports after my sister (twin) and my other sisters friend were crying hysterically, the friend actually was hanging in the gate sobbing that we had to fly home that night, begging to guy.. hahaha (now it's funny but back than I was to stressed to find it amusing) Anyways after we got all that we went to visit the Stadium of West Ham United the club featured in the awesome movie Green Street Hooligans with Elijah Woods (sp?) (I hate fighting movies, but this is an amazing movie with a beautiful story yes it's one of the rare fighting movies with an actual storyline) my friend bought herself a shirt with the lyrics of the famous song the fans (and Hooligans) use: "I'm forever blowing bubbles, pretty bubbles in the air. They fly so high, Nearly reach the Sky. Then like my dreams they fade and die. Fortune's always hiding I've looked everywhere. Now I'm forever blowing bubbles pretty bubbles in the air" And than afterwards you shout United 3 times while clapping lol.. Awesome movie it's really about friendship, back in the days when there were real English Hooligans atleast you could always count on your fellow hooligan they were true friends it's not like that anymore now it's just some people tricking others into fighting and when things look bad just leave em hang there (not that I approve of violence ever, but it's nice when people have eachothers back) The neighbourhood it's in is really getto-ish lol, so I was kind of glad when we left.. Anyway that was awesome, after that we went to a famous shopping street called oxford street it's huge just like Victoria street (another huge shopping street a couple of km long with shops everywhere) There was supposed to be a Beckham shop which sadly for my sister we didn't find and we saw the Disney shop with all sorts of Disney stuff from Mickey Mouse to Pirates it was all there really cool.. After that we had to go pick up our luggage from the hotel so far so good, when we arrived at the busstop to take the bus to the airport we found out we were to late and the last bus was gone. Now this wasn't a huge problem since our flight only left at 6.40 saturday morning but we had to wait outside (luckily it wasn't that cold) from 11/11.30 till 3 am anyways when we got at the airport our flight was delayed so we had to wait until 9 till our flight left.. Anyways the things is I'm home right now safe and sound, but tired as hell.. friday till saturday i was awake for about 28 hours straight so you can imagine how tired I was and still am lol..
I want to say though that even though we had so much bad luck and stress I had a great trip, I learned that I can act responsible (my room was not a mess at all it was very clean, I did not lose anything I did not forget anything and I behaved properly, I actually carried around the travelling pass of my friend for 3 days and other stuff she needed so extra points for not losing anything) and I got to know my friend a little better. Besides we did a lot of fun things like a cruise over the Thames (awesome), we went to the Zoo (which in my opinion had way to small cages), we went to the aquarium, I finally saw oxford street, the people were really friendly and helpful, I saw West Ham, I saw Shrek the third which was hilarious by the way.. So a lot of positive stuff as well I'll sort out the pictures we took and I'll share them with you when I'm done with that and I have uploaded them.
I have to add something though while I was aware there were so many people living on the streets in London and that there situation is bad there was something that made me furious, two times there was this woman who shoved her child in my face to ask me for some change,I did not have any money on me and even if I had I wouldn't have given it to her, normally I symphatize with people that live on the street because a lot of them have been through some really horrible things but this woman while using her child to get some cash which is something you can never justify in my eyes, children are truly innocent and pure people whom we have to protect from the street life, this "mother" was learning her child how to beg for money she did not protect her child from that life she dragged it into it, by exposing and exploiding her child, a real mother would have asked for the money without her child trying to leave it sheltered from the problems they are in trying to give it a somewhat normal life, what made me even more pissed was the fact that eventhough she was exploiding her child for money she had golden teeth and a very expansive handbag I was so pissed at this woman, I really wonderd how someone could do such things to their children, learning them a life on the street while carrying expansive stuff.. These people ruin it for the people who really need our help. It learned me that there are people out there who use the innocence of their children and the goodness other people have Shame on them..

Hey Jen! Your trip must've been amazing.. God, I'm envious! Haha I love the UK... And by your descriptions, it sure fits with the one from my dreams (I repeat: deeply obssessed). The thing about the woman and the child is really frustrating, did u reply her with anything? In Peru, there is some conspiracy theory about "poor" women swapping their small children between each other or renting other women's babies to look "poorer" as beggars while asking for money. And yeah, shame on them! I want to hear the street and posh accent Oh well, haha, lucky u! Take care.

wow... ok I must say u had pretty tough situations! but on the whole it seems like a fun journey! I feel like Vic, cuz I, too, wanna go 2 England and I'll make sure not 2 lose my passport or ID!! I'll behave myself and be a good girl... *simles innocently* anyways that women on the street, it's really upseting I must say... ppl r seeking for money in the most appalling ways ever! and it's her kid... very disturbing! get some rest now and thanx 4 letting us know hw it was!

yeah it's a great country and city and I would highly recommend it to you, what happend on my trip was just a combination of bad luck and not paying enough attention that's it, it could've happend in my own city as well.. No I was to upset to reply anything I thought it was bad some used a dog to get more money but that was just awful it does make you feel bad about yourself to not give anything but than I think why not sell that expansive handbag (it was from a expansive brand) or those golden teeth you don't need that.. She was like oh look at this child do you have some change and I didn't even have any money on me but looking at that child was kind of painful especially since the mother exploided her child like that.. A But anyway we had a lot of fun and I would go again.. Noor I fully trust you'll behave just fine

Posh is the accent rich people have you know the elite people They did call her Posh Spice she has that accent a little as well she was the chique spice girl Getto is a neighborhood with some poverty, criminals a little like the American Getto's... I guess you have poverty in all the big city's and in all countries sad but true.. Wow that Harry Potter things is really cool, I saw two of the places they shot HP at, in London Zoo the scene with the snake from the first movie and with the underground I came across Kings Cross Station which is were they get on the train to Hogwarts, but I didn't really see the platform they went because I was underground in the train and it was filmed upstairs..

Pictures! ^My friend Milou and I on our way back to the airport waiting for the bus to arrive somewhere around 1 or 2 am. ^ The gate from the West Ham United Stadium so cool! ^ Our Hotel from the front! ^Me, my friend and my twin in a not so flattering picture this one was take in the London Zoo (A scene of HP was taped there from the 1st movie in the reptile house) it was the day before we would go back and we had had it and I was actually saying there no no picture, shut it off lol, we were very tired lol ^^ a nice fountain, there was this story behind it that it was from an Indian bussinessman who was protected by the British and as thanks he build that fountain. ^ A squirl that came really close, normally they're all shy but this one came like right until your feet he was really cute my sister took about 10 pictures of this fella ^ Me (in white), my friend (with the red hair), my sister's friend and Gon (behind the door)in one of London's trade mark telephone Booth's ^ Me getting ready to have my head chopped off in a museum about a prison, first for priests than for prostitutes. Now it's only a museum. ^ Me in the chair of torture in the museum lol, I was in a lot of pain I was all in character as one friend was filming it lol I was pretending to be in pain ^ a battleship that served in several wars, and is now a floating museum we didn't go there but it looked cool ^ The City Hall of London, it cost about 26 billion and it's the most efficient building for energy costs, it's a good move against global warming.. ^ Tower Bridge, beautiful bridge but a little to high for me, the top Bridge I mean you can walk in that blue shaft all the way at the top, you have a nice view from there. ^ But there's no better view on London than in the London Eye again to high for me lol.. ^ Me, my sister (look in the cirkel lol), my twin and my sister's friend in one of the many underground platforms we came across. ^ Again us but now with my friend Milou instead of Gonny ^ the view from our seat in the airplane ^ our luggage at the airport where our trip started it seems to be not that much but that's because everything's standing in front of the other lol.. My sisters and our friends packed a lot! Me not so much Sorry that there aren't more typical London pictures but that's because we didn't get to do everything we had planned, for example like going to Buckingham Palace or the Westminster Abbey but we had a great time and we spend a lot of our time next to the thames which is beautiful as well, I loved our cruise over the thames, it's smaller than I expected though.. aww well Hope you like them and all of you who want to go to London I hope you can because it's totally worth it, it's a great city and overall the people are really friendly and will help you even though everyone is busy.
