Aha. They are spending a lot of money for the frequency of the ad. Malaysia wants to make tourism as one of the most important industry. It is important. One of the industry where we dont need a lot of capital.

Well. South East Esia is where my country lies in. Malaysia. Its full with colors, meaning, we got different races, with different culture and religion. In malaysia, we have Chinese, Indian, Malay and so on. I'm not kidding, we have different colors. Malay is more yellowish, Chinese is white and Indian is black. It feels bad to differentiate races with colors but i just want to emphasize that we are colourful. Even though different colors, we have the same heart. We always work together, eat together, smile and laugh together, learn and compete with each other. Malaysia is beautiful and peaceful. I hope some of you all would come down and meet me here.. ; ) Hmm colourful like African!

It feels bad to differentiate races with colors but i just want to emphasize that we are colourful. ; ) I beg to differ, Isn't this website about "Youth for change International"? I understand that you feel bad to differentiate but it does imply a racist comment. I am a Singaporean and my mum is a Malaysian. To be politically correct, people in Malaysia are of Chinese, Malay and Indian descent. I think race is something men had created. If you are a Malaysian then you are a Malaysian. Malaysia and Singapore is just like America. Where years ago people of different nationalities came to a common settlement in these countries. Singaporeans are of different descent but no one describes themselves based on which nationalities their descendants are of. As you had mentioned, that you wanted to emphasize on the colours. People who are of Chinese descent or Korean descent in Malaysia have different skin colours or let it be any oriental descent in Malaysia or Singapore. People who are of Malay or Indonesian, Javanese descent on the other hand have got a different skin ton rather than yellow. Same goes for people who are of Indian, Pakistani, Nepalese, Ceylonese descent. They are not black as what you had mentioned. People are of different skin ton as well. To emphasize an individual someone based on the skin colour is wrong. People are often mistaken for being a different nationality just sole based on skin ton. Yes, everyone lives in great Harmony regardless of what their descent is off but a simple "emphasize" will lead to discrimination. This post was not intended to offend you Fathiamar, but just a heads up. In retrospect, Singapore and Malaysia is full of culture due to the various descendants that came down from certain parts of the world. There were also the Portuguese who came down to Malaysia and Singapore years ago. In Singapore, we even had the Brits and Dutch descendants. My family has got Dutch blood in us but I am 100% Singaporean. If you take a look at the food, a lot of the Singaporean and Malaysian cuisines have got the influences of different cuisines. That is why Malaysia is recognized as Malaysia and Singapore is recognized as Singapore. Again, this post is just a heads up.

I think there is not something as pure race in the world anymore ... A pure blood line is hard to find due to many reasons some of which where mentioned by Singaporegirl... The most important reason of all is Iterbreeding between people! Anthropologists do agree on the whole idea of human races! It is believed that there are different races and by different I mean each race has some distinguished features be it Skin color , eye color , hair color and texture ! Scientists did not categorize people because of racism or such but because of general observations ... some common things they found among st a particular group of people and What Fathiamar said was merely his own observation ... It is not an attempt to categorize people not is it a way to only recognize these great nations by their people's skin color coz as u said each has its own culture and separate identity and that is the cool part about races

Hello! I am from Indonesia, I think there isn't Indonesian people here, so I'll join. Okay, Indonesia is an Archipelago country, with more than 18000 big and small islands (the biggest archipelago...) and the biggest country in South East Asia. The big islands are: Sumatera, Java, Kalimantan/Borneo, Sulawesi, and Papua.
I think, many abroad people more known Bali rather than Indonesia...hehe...I think, Bali island is truly beautiful for tourism..
The tribes in Indonesia is very very much, for example Sunda, Javanese, Chinese, Dayak(in Borneo), Maduranese, and Asmat(Papua)..actually,after 1998 crisis, my country is full of races-war and religion war, but i do appreciate with my government because they can handle it, for example crisis in Aceh (one of provinces in Sumatra)..
Indonesian language is very similar with Malaysian, so when I chat with Malaysian people, they understand if I write in Indonesian,haha...
