I have no idea But we should be lucky we even have a message board, with some active members. If you go to some of our partner sites, they don't have ANY active members, at all. So, my point is, we need to keep to our goal, no matter what the obsticles.

True, very true.I agree with you here.I know there are many of our partner orgs. that don't have a message board at all and their members aren't quite active either. At least that's not the case with us!Thank Goodness! Sure, we'll stick to our goal.I wanted all the members to contribute, since even I know that our org. is much more active and driven than some of our partner orgs. Therefore, I feel that we should do whatever we can to keep our activity alive and ongoing.Otherwise, had there been no active members here as well, even I wouldn't have bothered much.

Okay, okay so what about the blog issue??We completely forgot about it!Now, I was thinking, that what should we write in the blog? And on the other hand, we also have our newsletter and a "Member Opinions" page on our website, so what do we include in all of these? How can we get so many write-ups? How do we manage all the three (the blog, the newsletter & the "Member Opinions" section)? If we write all things in the blog, then what will we include in the newsletter? And if all the articles, opinions, art and poetry are reserved only for the newsletter, then what will we include in our blog and the "Member Opinions" page? I thought long and hard about this, and I can't reach a conclusion! Tell me guys, what do you think?Any suggestions please?

Wow, I didn't think of that. Very good point Anu! It depends on our user's opinion. Would they rather view opinions in a Tour, Magazine, or a Blog rather?? C'mon, this is important to us. Other members, please contribute!

If you like the point I made, then why is it that I haven't received my karma yet? And yes, tell me what do you think about this issue?Member Opinions page, newsletter or blog?

Hmmm... I think it should be determined by the members. But me personally, I would rather use the newsletter/magazine.

Yes you're right about using the magazine. The magazine is a great and an ambitious project of YFCI, it has to carry the best of what we have to offer.I really can't think of what to do.... And yes!Today only I saw the new YFCI Magazine website and also noticed the new "My blog" section on the website. Its great!Especially the Member magazine website...its fabulous!Well done Zach! Karma for you! Also, the new "Staff Positions" document is great too!It looks more professional and official now.Awesome job! The new OBCO website is really cool.As usual Zach, you're an inspiration...I salute your dedication towards YFCI.

And please tell me, why have you created a new blog when we already have one @ Blogger and another @ TIG?And please tell me, which blog should we use?The one @ the website, or the one @ Blogger? Frankly speaking, this blog issue is driving me in circles! This is the first time I'm not able to decide... Please everyone, pitch in your views!

well ok, u both r confused!! so I guess we can first tell ppl to join, I mean members of course that we can trust that they wudn't be writing rubbish and non-sense! and we then need 2 let them write about sumthing that has happened to them! like sumthing that they learned from or sumthing like that, an experince! how bout that? and the member opinion's section we'll leave it to let our members express their opinions bout issues that r happening in the world! so say wat?

Karma for you! Hehe, Thanks allot Anu. You made my day, as usual . Thanks Again!! Anu, that is our really old blog, and I must have accidentally added the blog link. Hmm.. woops. Ok, well I guess nobody is perfect (including me), so I have deleted that incorrect link and added the correct one (Blogger). I think we should definately use the Blogger. As for the TIG, I have already posted something about the Blog Change (To Blogger). To Noor, huh? I Don't understand, hehe

okz sorry I will make it simpler: we can use the blog to write member's stories! I mean an accident that they went through or sumthing that they faced and they learned sumthing from! or an experince that can be shared with other! is it clear? and if yes what do u think?

Okay, I get what you're saying! The blog will have personal stories or rants by the members. It will be in an informal format.I mean, while writing in the blog you don't have to coherent.Just go on and express yourself! Whereas the "Member Opinions" Page and the newsletter will be from a formal and official point of view.Am I right Noor? And what do you think, Zach?

Hmm.. but then where would we put the current news? Separate Page on website? Only on the newsletter? Current News will be in our newsletter. One more idea...I think we can keep on adding current news and recent developments in our blog regularly and then in our newsletter, we can publish a compedium of the news. What do you all think? Okay, okay.I got it!Thanks again!
