Since I've been to Turkey in my summer vacations, I thought I'd start this thread because I have been learning a bit of Turkish and I'd love to learn more if someone who speaks Turkish joins our boards!
So I know just a bit of the basics, and it's a bit close to Arabic so it's not that hard.
Hello - Merhaba (the H isn't pronounced, so it's like meraba) How are you? - nasılsınız? (It's pronounced like nasilsiniz) Thank you, I'm fine. - Teşekkür ederim, iyim. (it's pronounced like teshakur ederim, eeyeem). And how are you? - Sez nasılsınız? Thank you, I am fine too. - Teşekkür ederim, ben de iyim.
It's really fun to learn it, specially since we got a chance to practise it a bit there.

Do what ever that may lead you to your goal. Because it is your goal, then you must realize that it is within your power to achieve it. It is so close to coming true and you know it deep within. Wait for none and explain to none why or what! Just break free from this life and its barriers! The beautiful sun shine is there, you just have to see it. Look closely.....
