Anyone here want to learn dutch?
I'll post some words here

english-dutch:

hello- hallo (hah-llo)
good - goed (same)
how are you? - hoe gaat(g has a ge sound) het?
Where - Waar (w-aa-r)
Why - Waarom (waa-r-omme)
When - wanneer (whan-aire)

very cool I'll post some new words!

New- Nieuw (it's pronounced almost the same, n-eeww(think of grossed out))
Old - Oud (like out)
Out- Uit
Year - Jaar (long aa)
Evening - Avond (like av- (the rest is pronounced like the ond in fond)

That's it for now ( Dat is alles voor nu)

there are some similarities between Dutch and English.

yeah that true that's because both English and Dutch have traces of french in them from long ago and we copied a few english words as well.. the other way around as well although a lot less
